Cauliflower Macaroni Pasta Bake

method
- Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and steam in the KiddoKook Pro for 20 minutes, until very tender.
- Cook the macaroni and red lentils according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the steamed cauliflower (discard the steaming water), cooked red lentils, milk, Parmesan cheese, and nutmeg to the KiddoKook Pro mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Place the cooked macaroni into a small oven-safe dish. Pour half of the blended sauce over the pasta and mix well. Reserve the remaining sauce for another meal.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
