Cauliflower Macaroni Pasta Bake

method
  1. Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and steam in the KiddoKook Pro for 20 minutes, until very tender.
  2. Cook the macaroni and red lentils according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Add the steamed cauliflower (discard the steaming water), cooked red lentils, milk, Parmesan cheese, and nutmeg to the KiddoKook Pro mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place the cooked macaroni into a small oven-safe dish. Pour half of the blended sauce over the pasta and mix well. Reserve the remaining sauce for another meal.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
