method
  1. Add the cauliflower and beetroot to the KiddoKook Pro steamer basket.
  2. Steam for 15 minutes, or until both are soft and tender.
  3. Transfer the steamed veggies into the blending container.
  4. Add some of the reserved steaming water, then select Auto Blend.
  5. Blend until smooth, adding more water as necessary to reach your desired consistency.
  6. Serve warm, or let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
