What is your return policy?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll drop you an email with a shipping confirmation notice and your tracking number.If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened goods to Kiddo Kitchen within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change-of-mind refund for any products that have been opened (unless they are covered under our 14-day risk-free trial, offered for all our electrical products).

Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Kiddo Kitchen.

A little note: you might not see tracking updates when your items are journeying between depots (think Brisbane/Sydney to Perth), but rest assured, they’re en route to you.

What is your 14-day risk-free trial?

We aim for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase, which is why we provide a 14-day trial period for all our electrical products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it, no questions asked.

Please Note: we cannot offer a free trial on our accessories for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Are we shipping worldwide?

At the moment, we’re only delivering to Australia and New Zealand.

When am I eligible to return my product within the 14-day risk-free trial?

To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate your return within a 14-day trial period starting from the date you received your product. Upon receiving and processing your returned order, we will refund the full amount paid, excluding any express shipping fees selected at checkout.
For a full refund, the items must be returned in new condition and within their original packaging. Please be aware that items returned damaged, in poor condition, or with missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Please note that return shipping expenses are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. The return shipping costs will be deducted if a refund is issued.
When shipping your item back to us, we recommend opting for a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security. While we strive to ensure smooth processing, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive and carefully inspect your return, we’ll promptly send you an email confirming its arrival. Following this, we’ll notify you of whether your refund has been approved or not. Please bear with us for 5-10 business days as we review your returned order.

If your return is approved, rest assured that we’ll swiftly process your refund. You can expect the credited amount to be returned to your credit card or original payment method within just a couple of days.

My product arrived damaged or defective, what do I do?

We apologise for any inconvenience. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, relax! Your product is covered by our warranty, and you can choose between a replacement or a refund. If you require a replacement, simply email us at support@kiddokitchen.com.au, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request promptly.
