method
  1. Add your strawberries, banana, and yoghurt to the blender and blend until smooth. (Tip: use the auto-blend function on the KiddoKook Pro.)
  2. Slice your extra banana (or other fruit) into pieces small enough to attach to the end of your popsicle sticks.
  3. Add a piece of fruit at the end of each stick to help them stand up straight. Place inside your ice pops tray, fruit side down, one in each section. (Tip: Choose an ice pops tray with child-friendly portions, like the PureePops Tray.)
  4. Pour the fruit and yoghurt mixture into your ice pops tray.
  5. Put into freezer for approximately 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Pop out and enjoy as a cold treat!
allergen warning

This recipe contains dairy (yoghurt). Always use pasteurised yoghurt for babies.

storage guide

Once frozen solid, remove the pops from the tray and transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container.

These yoghurt pops will keep well for 1–2 months in the freezer, as long as they are stored airtight to prevent freezer burn.

Serve straight from the freezer, or allow to sit for a few minutes at room temperature to soften slightly before giving to your child.

For best quality, consume within a month of making.

benefits

✓ Strawberries bring vitamin C to support immunity and iron absorption.

✓ A balanced mix of natural carbohydrates and protein, from the fruits and yoghurt, makes these pops a refreshing and wholesome treat on a warm day.

tips

To add variety: Try out other soft fruits like mango, peach, or blueberries for flavour twists.

To reduce mess: For younger babies, place the pop in a silicone feeder to help them grip and enjoy safely. (Tip: the Chill'n'Chew Feeder and Tray are perfect for babies just starting out on their solids journey.)

For teething relief: Cold, baby-safe treats like these can help sooth gums experiencing teething discomfort. (Tip: the Chill’n’Chew Feeder and Chill’n’Chew Tray are an excellent way to give this safely to teething babies.)
